Popped into dreams on off chance just for a look around. Derek came over and gave us great assistance with the difference in mattress styles didn't feel pressured into anything. Felt at ease when ordering everything very happy and satisfied customer experience. Surprised how quick the delivery time is. Now looking forward to our bed arriving :) many thanks

The employee that assisted me during my visit today was very knowledgable and friendly, not pushy at all. The order was placed very quickly and I am very pleased with the amount of help I received and I am very excited to use the bed!

Sales Assistant was very knowledgeable and quick to understand our requirements. His knowledge and help prevented us spending time looking at products that did not suit our requirements and therefore we were able to quickly select the product best suited to our requirements.

Colin the salesman was extremely friendly and polite, he didn't try and push items on us and guided us to exactly what we wanted. He was patient with our children and included them in the discussions as the items were for their beds. It explained everything clearly and didn't leave anything out. The children asked if we could visit the shop again as they had fun there.

On entering the store we were greeted with a smile that lit up our day. The assistant was very happy to explain all aspects of your bedding range. We were offered coffee and continued to discuss our requirements. Colin was a great help and we thank him for his endeavour. When our bed needs replacing or we require anything else for the bedroom we will visit this store again.

Martin who assisted us made us feel very at ease and he clearly understands the products and helped us make a decision about what would be best for us. He explained all the delivery and finance procedures clearly and have us the confidence in dreams as a company and also the products.

I bought a mattress from the Waterlooville store two years ago . It is local , opening hours are convenient and the staff are pleasant , helpful and do not rush you . We were very happy with the quality and price of the purchase and so a return visit to Dreams was the obvious choice on now requiring another mattress for our new home. I explained my requirements to Matt in the Waterlooville store yesterday and he was informative and knowledgeable making my purchase straightforward . I am also very happy with the swift delivery although to be honest was a little surprised at the cost of delivery (£39) having bought many less priced items from other stores and been exempt from this cost .

The staff were very helpful and friendly,couldn't do enough for me and made a lovely cup of tea!!

Your sales team were professional ans understood the products they were selling. They made us coffee and sorted the paperwork very efficiently. They also had a get sense of humour this is my second bed purchase from Dreams would highly recommend to others. Please pass on my thanks to the Waterlooville team.
