Dreams - Waterlooville

Colin was highly knowledgeable and grasped very quick our needs and requirements. As my wife is disabled he was also very sympathetic to the 'non standard' requirements she was looking for. Not pushy in any way. A asset to Dreams - this is our third purchase from Dreams, we will of course be back.

All my needs were met,very satisfied.

We have had 2 beds in a row that have broken (due to being cheap) so it was really important that we brought a strong bed that we wouldn't have to worry about. The sales man Martin spent time listening to what it was we wanted, and directed us to 2 different styles of bed that would suit us. It was clear that they knew their products and were able to offer a cheaper solution instead of pushing for the more expensive range. After seeing both beds (and Martin stood in the draws that pull out to prove how strong the frame was!) we knew that this was perfect for us! We were given different options to help us financially and set a payment plan to suit us. We were pleased that the sales team were informative but most importantly weren't pushing us into something we didn't want. We weren't flooded with add ons and extras. If we said no, they were accepting and moved on! Fantastic service from dreams!!

Knowledgeable, friendly, Not pushy

Most of my opinions are covered in the previous questions. Good reception by staff at the Waterlooville shop. Took time to go through products with us. Offered us a drink. Allowed us time to try the different types of beds and explained each one thoroughly.

Stuff member had good knowledge over the products I asked for, very helpful. Very nice approach to the customers.

Martin could see the problem of mums lack of height. He was able to empathise with her age related problems and he obviously wanted the best for her. He did not presurise her but was helpful to all of us on both occasions we went to the store.
