Martin was very helpful and understand and took the time to make sure I bought the correct pillow for my needs

Today we went looking at new beds as our old Memory Foam mattress has finally come to the end of its life after in excess of 8 years use. We went to Dreams almost as a mistake, but we are so pleased we did. Martin the Sales Person approached us and asked if he could help in anyway. We explained that we were looking at a replacement bed and that our bed had come to the end of its life. Martin was happy to explain the difference between the Tempur mattresses and also the combination mattresses. He then encouraged us to try these mattresses and also the different pillows in the range. This then brought us onto the subject of a new base. Again Martin was happy to show . At no time did we feel hurried or pressured into making a purchase, Martin kept us at ease and was happy to explain all different options available. We are so impressed in the knowledge and expertise that Martin has, that we will be recommending Dreams and the Waterlooville branch to all our family and friends.

We had arrived from a most unsatisfactory visit to Benson for Beds. The difference in service, product range and advice was outstanding we were even given a cup of coffee!

The main reason we were so highly satisfied was due to our salesman Colin. He was unlike most salesman in that his main priority was giving us the information we required rather than pushing us into the latest bed/deal etc. He was genuinely a lovely person and made the whole experience for us very satisfying.

The hansom young man (Matthew) spoke to me politely and clearly to understand what I wanted. I was after a dressing table and it turned out he had a clearance one to show me. Great looking table at an amazing price so nothing to complain about.

Great service ,Colin was knowledgeable without being pushy. Great selection of products , a friendly well mannered team .

My self and my partner where greeted with a big smile as we walked in the door, we also had our dog with us and the fact the staff lets us bring her in the store was a great help, Shawn offered us a cup of which really made us feel at ease. The other two members of staff were very pleasant as well. The fact that we were only spending a small amount of money yet still treated as if we were stending 2000, 19.90p I would come to this store 100% again based on the service we revived. The team you have in your Waterloovile Store are a credit to dream.

We were offer a tea or coffee and also the use of their staff toilet We were not pressured to make a purchase and were left to brouse and when needed assistance was available . A pleasant shopping experience .

Colin had the balance perfectly between helpful adviser and salesman. He was not too pushy, he made us feel comfortable and didn't chase us around the store. He answered questions, made suggestions and was really helpful. He took the time to understand our needs and he was a genuinely really nice guy. Would recommend him personally to family and friends.
