Although my purchase was very small (a fitted sheet) nothing was too much trouble for the Manager. He took time to give lots of advice and treated me like I was a valued customer - such a pleasant change in this day and age.

Martin was very friendly and put up with our indecision without fuss, answering our many questions promptly and eagerly. We were given refreshments and listened to meaning we were able to choose the bed of our dreams quickly, even with some new pillows which we were not intending to do! Enjoyed our shopping experience and would definitely recommend.

The consultant listened to us properly and gave good advice concerning the mattress. Everything was very efficient and quick.

The assistant was very knowledgeable, polite and professional .

very friendly assistant, I explained what I was looking for and amount I was willing to spend and was swiftly lead to a bed that would meet my needs , highly impressed and was not mislead in any way, I was very impressed so placed my order within 10 minutes and paid cash

The minute we walked in the store, Shaun the guy who served us, asked if we were okay and if we were looking for anything specific, and when we told him, he was already onto it , he knew his stuff, he wasn't pushy and let us make up our minds, without being in our faces....in fact he was an extremely helpful fellow....I'm glad to have been served by him...

The sales staff were very helpful and patient. Not too pushy but there when needed. Also the right level of friendliness and a nice cup of tea!
