Dreams - Waterlooville

I visited the store on 3 occasions over the B/H Weekend and on all visits I was met with extremely friendly and professional service. I was offered a drink while I looked at the beds. On the third visit I brought my 13 year old son with me (as it was him I was buying the bed for) and the salesman (Colin Lovell) took the time to explain to my son the difference between the types of mattress on offer which helped him come to a decision on the best one to suit his needs. Colin made us aware of other offers which were available in store and made sure that I was happy with the purchase before we sat down to do the paperwork. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the professional way in which my visit was dealt with and made my experience a very pleasant one. I would certainly recommend Dreams to friends and family.

The guy who served us, Colin, was excellent. My girlfriend has problems with her back and has true sleeping on certain mattresses. Colin was able to point us directly to a mattress that was not only suitable for her to use, but was also a very good price. It made it very easy to decide what to purchase. The order was processed quickly and delivery scheduled for when we were available. Very impressed.

This is our third time of purchasing a bed for our 3 bedroom home and we are so pleased with past purchases that we had no hesitation in choosing Dreams again. Upon arrival we were greeted after a few minutes (which we like) by Colin who asked if we would like any help and at the same time we were offered a drink. He provided comprehensive information without pressure and knew his products. We were very impressed.

I made 2 visits to the store to complete the purchase. Colin, Martin and Matt all helped me and I found them to be equally knowledgeable and efficient.

Martin was excellent,informative and after a discussion with us to establish our needs gave us a series of choices. He was very cheerful and we could not have received greater help. The billing process was easy to understand and it was a pleasure to be able to select the delivery date.

We have recently moved into our first family home with our 2 year old son. After 9 years of slumming it with the cheapest £99 divan set or the hand me downs it's our time to enjoy our family home and what better way to do that then enjoying the luxury of our own brand new comfortable no digging springs bed. We came to the store with absolutely no idea about beds the mattresses or there soft/hard ratings. But after been shown the different types of mattresses and a few lye downs we found one that fits us perfectly. I can't wait for our delivery bedtime will come early from that day on. i had visited another bed store and had my eye on an item but wasn't too sure and the staff member was busy. upon entering dreams i was informed of special offers and was given attention, colin also assisted on my finance package and my new bed is great!

Colin was very helpful and his mix of humour and attentiveness made the experience a pleasant one. We also needed a sample to check what colour we wanted and Colin allowed us to take one home and arranged for it to be collected later in the day.
