Quick and friendly service, very knowledgeable with the different products. Felt that our requests were catered for.

The staff were friendly and helpful without being pushy or overbearing. They were also conscious of our needs as my wife is disabled.

Matt the sales rep was very helpful without being pushy. He was very knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to decide. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and even organised a decent mug of tea for us.

I was greeted on entering and briefed well on what I asked for ,all questions answered and then left to browse and decide on my own...an enjoyable visit..will go back there again

Colin was very attentive but not "pushy" he took time to find out my needs before recommending which beds to try. He was very knowledgable, and was extremely friendly. He was very empathetic with my personal circumstances and the reasons why I had come to purchase a new bed. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to purchase a bed from Dreams.

I was very explicit concerning the single bed I required ie. no footboard and space under the bed therefore not a popular item !! COLIN (the colleague) was extremely HELPFUL, EMPATHETIC and KNOWLEDGEABLE.
