Colin was very friendly & highly professional. Sadly the standard of salesmanship has deteriorated, so it is a pleasure indeed to find to be served so well.

I was approached by staff when I entered the store and offered help and also the choice to browse alone. I asked for some advice with my purchase and found the salesman friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. I was offered a cup of coffee, which I declined and we discussed several options which seemed to suit my requirements. I was given clear answers to my questions re delivery and disposal of my old bed. The conversation was informative and enabled me to make a decision yo purchase, without feeling pressurised to do so.

My partner had done considerable research in other stores and online. So we visited this store with an idea of what we were both looking for. The gentleman who greeted us was both courteous and helpful. He listened to what we had to say and directed us to try a mattress and some pillows he felt, may be what we had been looking for. We were also asked to try other mattress's and pillows, but still went back to the mattress and pillows he had originally suggested! Amazing! We were offered a cup of coffee or tea, which was a lovely thing to do and really made it an enjoyable time spent there. The whole shopping experience was excellent and quicker and easier than either of us thought it was going to be. Well done to the staff - especially Colin.

Every friendly, helpful and knowledable staff

The sales assistant, Colin, explained things about the product showing a great knowledge and was not pushy in doing so. The whole experience of the purchase with his assistance was pleasurable and we got what we needed.
