Pleasant staff, helpful when required. Good choice of products to purchase. Easy ordering, date of delivery given at the same time and simple payment system.

The sale assistance were extremely helpful, product knowledge was good. you are always made to feel welcome without being pressurized to buy.

I found the shop clean and well laid out, the assistant was very helpful and was able to answer any of my queries. The product was readily available, in that I did not have to wait 2-4 weeks. Delivery date was very easy to arrange as was accommodating to when I needed the item.

I was in a hurry but needed to be served with my request and Colin Lovell could not have been anymore helpful than he was!

Brilliant shopping experience. We were greeted by Colin on arrival.after we browsed Colin answered every question we asked. When we had chosen paperwork was dealt with efficiently. This included a cup of coffee.a very nice touch was when Colin opened the door for us as we left.there should be a Colin in every store.

The working team were brilliant, offered tea or coffee upon visit and spent a lot of time with us during talking about the bed as well as what would benefit myself and be better for me. Nothing was a trouble and Colin who served us couldn't have done any more for me.

Returning customers dealing with the same member of staff Colin who provided sound advice and good service to my daughter and son in law. We will be back.

The guy who assisted us with our purchase, was very helpful and not at all pushy with the sale. Showed us a wide range of beds and mattresses and helped us select the products best suited to us. We left the store completely satisfied with our choice and its one of the quickest sales we've ever experienced, totally hassle free.
