Shaun the salesperson who approached as we entered the store was highly efficient. He had a vast knowledge of mattresses, and delivered this information in a way that we could readily understand. He was friendly, but knew when to leave my wife and myself alone for private discussion

We wanted to purchase the same mattress as the the one we bought my mother in February at the Portsmouth store. We couldn't remember the name, so Del phoned the Portsmouth store to confirm the name and placed the order for us. Your staff are so professional, friendly and caring.

Having used the same store 6years ago there was a marked difference in salesmanship this time. More time spent explaining things and making sure you understand ,the last time seemed to be rushed as though a sale had to be made.This time was more relaxed didn't feel rushed so therefore a pleasant experience.
