Dreams - Waterlooville

We were pleased with a previous purchase of a Dreams bed in 2008, so we looked here for a replacement. The salesman, Geoff, was extremely helpful without being too pushy. He helped us make a considered choice over our replacement bed.

Martin approached us and gave us advice where needed but also allowed us time on our own to browse and look at all the products. He was very knowledgeable and listened intently to our requirements and advised us accordingly. He wasn't pushy or intrusive and made the whole experience easy.

I was very satisfied with the way Colin acknowledged us even though he was dealing with another customer at the time and when he had finished with the customer he was very friendly and helpful. i have brought previously from this store and will definitely purchase in the future and highly recommend to my friends and family.

Additional help provided to us by branch staff (Martin). very flexible in helping us decide which was the right bed combination for our pending move to new home.

Martin, who served me, knew the product. I particularly wanted him to serve me as he had sold me a double bed three weeks previously. The store is well laid out and very clean. Serving coffee is a nice touch.

The assistant Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

I initially was not buying a bedstead from dreams, but due to the snacking customer care it resulted in myself buying nit one, but two bedsteads!! I am off long term sick, I do not have much monies but I was in aid of a spare bedstead to fit in my spare bedroom whixh is catered for me when I am severly poorly. I was worried about buying two bedsteads due to lack of funds, but the customer service provided made me feel at ease that it may be stressful for me to push funds to get two bedsteads that I didn't have the stress of finding the best price for me and the best design to suit my needs.

When we first arrived at the store Colin was serving another customer. He acknowledge us upon entry with a warm welcome and let us look around whilst he served the other customer. He then let us know about the offers on mattresses as that's what we were looking for whilst his other customer looked around. Once he had finished serving the other customer we had made our choice. He gave us a detailed description of the mattress we had chosen and took us over to the desk to place our order. The order process was quick and simple. We are looking forward to receiving our new mattress. Colin couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful throughout the whole process. I will be recommending the store and to deal with Colin to all my friends and family. Thank you dreams.
