Member of staff was very patient as we changed our minds quite a few times during the visit until we found the perfect bed!

Colin and the team were very welcoming and was at hand to answer all of my questions about the bed and mattress. I would highly recommend the waterlooville branch to friends & family.

After talking to us about what we wanted we were show a range of products that would suit our need and explained pros and cons of each mattress and was generally very helpful and friendly making it a very nice experience.

Shaun was very polite and helpful from the moment we entered the store, he helped us to chose the colour and base design and explained every thing in detail, we could not have wished for better. This is the second time we have brought a bed from Dreams and it will certainly not be the last. Thank you Dreams for all your help.

We went into the Waterlooville store on the Saturday and Colin was very helpful and informative he showed us a few mattresses and we had an idea on one but we wanted to look around. But once we looked around we came back as dreams has the better quality.
