We were more than Highly satisfied with the way the store had been laid out and the procedures put in place to protect us during the pandemic. Firstly, regardless of the current situation one of your employee's, Colin, from the waterlooville store, made myself and my partner feel welcome, and more importantly safe! He offered us protection for pillows whilst trying different mattresses which we hadn't been offered anywhere else. Again our sales rep, Colin had a vast knowledge of products and was able to listen to what we required and although the bed wasn't in store, he went and got it up on a screen and showed us it (this is the bed we ended up buying).

There was no pressure sale. Colin was friendly, not overbearing and attentive to our needs

Sales person was highly professional with great knowledge and patience.
