Dreams - Waterlooville

I found the assistant who dealt with me very helpful indeed and was certainly very knowledgable. He answered all my questions and I was able to take the form away, and explain everything to my disabled husband, and consequently ordered the bed. I would definitely recommend Dreams.

Due to my son purchasing a bed from the Waterlooville store and on his recommendation we "popped" in to browse what Dreams had to offer. The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products that are sold in store and that are available to order. He explained everything we wanted to know in easy terms with no jargon. The assistant was incredibly patient with us and explained about each mattress we enquired about and encouraged us to try out each one we were interested in without making us feel rushed or in the way. Due to the service we received we ordered and paid for the bed there and then knowing we had the correct mattress for both myself and my partner and that there was no need to shop around. Neither of us felt pressured in to purchasing the bed and mattress and there was none of the "salesman talk". Overall this was a very pleasant experience which is very rare in this day and age.

Extremely friendly and professional, Derek very was helpful and not at all pushy. He gave us all the different options and specified very clearly the bed types and the variables we could have with them, eg; different drawer options. At no point did we feel pressurised as you can do with other stores with staff hovering. We felt we could take as much time as we wanted.

The man in the shop was very nice and talked us though it we r very happy at the mo and hope 2 b when it is delivered thank you

We entered the store and allowed to look around - we weren't "pounced on" by the staff, but when we were ready they were more than willing to help.

The sale assistant really listened to my specific needs. He had very good knowledge and was very nice to deal with. For that reason I will buy my next bed in that store.

Martin was extremely helpful showing me all the possibilities and explaining the differences. He saved me a considerable amount of money by telling me that as a "blue badge" holder I could buy VAT free. I have no complaints at all.

Shaun was very helpful and informative and helped us to save money where we could. We are so excited about our new bed and a lot of hat comes down to the service we have received.
