Dreams - Waterlooville

Martin is the perfect salesman. We went in to the Dreams Store to find out a little about the difference between the mattress options on the market, with the intention of shopping around a little before eventually buying. We ended up buying there and then purely as a result of the service we experienced in your Store. Martin was so knowledgable, he listened to and understood our needs then found what we hope is the perfect mattress for us. With the bonus that if it isn't the right one, we can change within a reasonable but more than adequate 40 days. We bought immediately. Martin is a proper, old fashioned Salesman and having been in retail for 30 odd years now, I can spot people who are a credit to their company - he certainly is one. Reading this back it may sound as though we knew him or your company before today, I can assure you we don't - I simply think it is very important to praise excellent service and we certainly received that today.

When we arrived in store, Shaun came to us after a minute of looking at mattresses. He gave us a leaflet and explained to us how the beds were laid out. He asked what we were looking for and gave some general advice. He then left us, giving us time to look at the options. After a while he came back to check on us, and suggested that we also look upstairs as they were a couple more of the type of mattress we had shown interest in up there. He gave us the time we needed to think about options and decided upon a mattress and frame bed. Shaun was more than helpful when placing the order, explaining about the cover option, which we decided to take up in the mattress, and did not hard sell it at all.
