The staff were so friendly and helpful but also left you time to browse on your own, which I really appreciate. Shaun, who we dealt with answered all of our questions and went out of his way to find us the info we wanted to know. Overall it was a nice experience. We were probably in store for approx 2 hours but it never felt that long at all.

Colin was courteous and knowledgeable and made us feel that it was important that we got what was right for us.

The assistant was efficient and courteous. He rapidly understood my requirements and showed me suitable products. He also suggested efficient ways for me to purchase the items. He had a sense of humour and was a pleasure to do business with.

The customer service we received was very helpful. The professional approach that the salesman, Colin, showed made the visit to the shop as easy as it could have been.
