Dreams - Waterlooville

We got asked for any assistance in the store by a dreams colleague. Happy with the speed and avaliability of the bed I ordered. And choice of delivery dates. Very helpful and polite collegue.

Prompt attention from staff member without bejng too pushy, allowed to browse through the store once he knew I was checking out specific items. He then returned at my request and was ready with answers to all my queries.

Staff were friendly, yet didn't pressurise us. Products were explained clearly and alternatives were offered. Staff even swapped the mattress that we were interested in, onto the bed base we wanted to ensure it was as close to the real feel as it could be.

Weren't pressurised at all at any point of the visit and subsequent purchase. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in supporting our decision making. They were also friendly and allowed as to tale our time.

Derek approached us to see if we needed assistance & provided the colour code leaflet and then left us to wonder around and try beds until we were ready to discuss our requirements with him. There was no pressure to buy and help was there if we needed it, liked that there was no "hard sell".

We were given a very warm welcome by all your staff. Felt very much at ease and were able to ask all kinds of questions without feeling uneasy and unrushed.

We went into the Waterlooville store where Colin introduced himself he was extremely helpful friendly he had lots of knowledge, he didn't come across as pushy he was very happy to help no mater how long we took to make our choice. We think he is a credit to you Company, We were very happy and satisfied when we left the store.

Courteous and informative and helpful

Colin was very helpful with myself and my partner in choosing our 3 beds and pillows for our new house, we had some brief knowledge about beds and pillows, but Colin was more than helpful with us in purchase as we had loads of question about about the type of mattress, springs, pillows around the store. Colin had vast knowledge to all of our questions that we had had when we was testing the mattresses out in store. Colin had also mention about the 40 night comfort change if we did not like any of the mattress which we loved as it puts our mind at ease, Colin also explained at vast of other benefits which we found useful to use. Overall Colin was very helpful, professional and looked after us very very well, Thank you Colin!

The sales assistant, Martin, was very knowledgable of the products, he let us take time to think about things and the advice given and he helped us to narrow down our choices so that we could find he right bed!
