Helpful and friendly salesman without being pressurising

Colin understood exactly what we were looking for and helped us in making a decision as to our requirements. My Husband is disabled and finds it difficult to rise from a sitting position so a deeper mattress is helpful.

All together a positive shopping experience, the representative was helpful and knowledgeable.
