Colin was a great friendly and courteous man who paid attention to our needs

My scoring is in the main due to the Salesman (Martin). He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and after listening to my requirements was able to direct me to the exact mattress I needed. In addition and again with Martin's assistance I also purchased a mattress Topper. The staff at the Waterlooville store have, on the occasions I have visited (I have bought items previously), always been courteous, patient and considerate in providing me with the I required.

Friendly staff allowed us to browse no pressure put upon us they were very knowledgeable and we were offered a coffee whilst browsing on first visit and during purchasing, staff and management gave friendly reception and approachable

Good staff that tried to help us out. The bed was cheaper the week before but we were not in a position to buy so now had to spend and extra £100.

I found your Waterlooville store very welcoming and on our first visit Colin really took time to understand what we needed, he gave us good advise and I felt no pressure to purchase. When I returned a couple of days later Martin dealt with my order, he was very clear about the process, I was given options on delivery and was delighted about the 40 day trial. It seems like a great team you have in this store, they are a credit to your company!

We were met by the Store Manager, who was very friendly, and efficient in identifying the bed frame we were interested in using the in store computer system. He readily answered the couple of questions we had about its suitability for our mattress, and then proceeded to make the order for us; all very speedy and efficient. He then thanked us for our custom. All in all a pleasant experience.
