The staff were very attentive and ensured that we had all the relevant information in order for us to make an informed decision concerning our purchase. We were not pressured in any way and all questions were answered with assurance. Different purchase combinations required different prices from those displayed and these were readily provided. Coffee was provided and we were permitted to use the staff facilities (nice touch!).

I was satisfied with the experience I received at Dreams as I found the ambience to be quiet and peaceful, a bonus to me, as it allows you to relax and take in any relevant information about the product, especially when one is spending a not inconsiderable amount of money. Also the member of staff, Mr. Martin Fouracre, was very knowledgeable about the product and its suitability. There was also a friendly atmosphere in the store, but not in an overtly pushy way.

Salesman Derek was very knowledgeable on the products and the difference between them. Allowed time for us to try out the beds fully to ensure we made the correct choice. Gave recommendations on other matters such as mattress protectors and pillows and did not try to oversell anything. You had the feeling that he wanted you to choose the right product for you rather than impose his own preferences which was refreshing.

Colin the salesman was most helpful and his knowledge helped us with our choice of mattress

We were greeted when we walked in to the store, the salesman was very pleasant and friendly, and answered all our questions and concerns, not at all pushy or in your face and from start to finish we felt relaxed and at ease not at all under pressure once which was a very nice change.

From previous visit we were confident of sound advice and service. particularly impressed with the friendly and coordinated support of all the sale4s and support staff.
