Dreams - Waterlooville

We were seen by a member of staff and we told him what we wanted. He found it straight away and explained everything to us. He tried to make it as cheap as possible and he made the whole experience so much easier for us.

Very helpful staff andevelopment very knowledgeable too.

After visiting a few different stores and much unhelpful assistance we tried the dreams store in waterlooville, we were greeted with friendly staff, one member of staff named Martian in particular was very helpful, he was very patient with us as we were not sure what type of bed we were looking for and called him over and sent him away again a few times, he explained clearly about the type of mattress we wanted and the base, explained the total price with no hidden prices. Martin helped us with arranging the delivery details and explained everything clearly, we were even offered and cup of tea. We saved over 100 pounds and had a mattress protector free. We were so pleased with the customer service when leaving the store we almost wanted to go and boost to the surrounding bed stores as they had been so unhelpful in every aspect of customer service and we would gladly recommend the dreams store in waterlooville to anyone. 😀

Staff very helpful. I made a mistake of the mattress I wanted and had to ring the branch at Waterlooville to change it. They did this with no trouble at all.

Allow the customer time away from sales person to think and discuss with partner without sales assistant listening in.

We were greeted warmly asked if we needed helped pointed in the right direction and given the exactly level of service we required. Colin didn't hover he was ther when we needed him but did hang around, which is what we wanted, he had great knowledge showed alternatives provided useful information to help us make an informed decision. A friendly welcome from Derek made a excellent start to what turned out to be a very pleasant shopping experience. Derek's advice was sound and very helpful and what I especially liked was that there was no hard sell. I was extremely impressed by the 40 days trial period on the mattress and the whole Dreams customer service philosophy. Your Waterlooville store is a credit to your company, because all the staff were friendly, including the Divisional Manager who happened to be in the store when I visited.

The Dreams employees Martin and Matt were highly knowledgeable and extremely professional in their conduct and made me feel valued as a customer, I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends
