Dreams - Waterlooville

The colleague was Colin and on explaining what I required from Dreams he was very expert on advising me of my choices and I was quickly able to choose the mattress that I felt was best for me. As I already had new bed protectors I did not need any added purchases. Colin was a very friendly colleague and because of his expertise the purchase was made quickly and without problem.

Customer service was second to none, all queries were answered very efficiently. One thing I must remark upon was the fact that the salesperson did not follow us around the shop talking to us constantly, we were left to look by ourselves but he was near enough to answer questions. We were given all the information on the currant offers and discounts allowed when making a purchase. I would recommend any friends or family to shop at the Waterlooville branch of Dreams.

As soon as my family walked into the Waterlooville store a sales representative (Colin) immediately greeted us with "Hello welcome to dreams, if there is anything you need please don't hesitate to ask". I then straight away told him what we're after and he was very knowledgeable of what was the right product for our 2 daughters. After deciding on the product setting up the buying and delivery process was quick and simple. Overall was very happy that we choose to shop at Dreams.

We knew what we wanted before we entered the store which store man respected. AS previous customers we had an expectation from the salesman and as always with dreams was delivered. Even though store was busy we were served quickly without fuss and spent no more tmie in the store than necessary. Very pleased overall, just waiting for the product to arrive!

We went to the store to look at the options for mattresses having chosen a bedstead online and wanting to complete the full purchase online. after speaking to a very knowledgeable salesman we went ahead and made the full purchase in store.

We had not visited a Dreams store before , we were very pleased with the salesman who greeted us and went on to assist us with our purchase of a new mattress , it was a swift and positive experience which was perfect for our shopping requirements.
