Dreams - Waterlooville

I was helped by Shaun and Colin at the store in Waterlooville. They were very helpful, gave good advice, and we're very friendly. All this without being 'pushy'. I ordered the bed and base that I needed with no problem and a satisfactory delivery date. The delivery service with 2 hour slots is great.

Staff were attentive but did not crowd us, knew about the products and provided useful information.

The salesman was very informative, polite, friendly, and helpful. He answered all of our questions honestly and made all relevant details of the sale and aftercare clear. He gave us plenty of time to try out the beds and for my husband and me to discuss the purchase privately.

The salesman Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. He listened to my needs and helped very well.

Very helpful member of staff, I told him what I required and he immediately suggested what was available for delivery quickly which was required. Order was completed efficiently and quickly.

Colin is the reason our visit to Deams was so easy and pleasant, He made me and my wife immediatley welcome and feel un pressured, Every word he said was thoughtfull and honest ,The product is really nice but Colin is the reason we made the purchase,hes a true gent who reads the situation really well,will reccomend him and Dreams again and again.

We found both members of staff very polite and extremely knowledgeable. The information supplied by these men helped us to decide on the item we required. We visited on Wednesday and within two hours everything was signed and sealed.

The staff ( Collin) was highly friendly and has a very good customer service, he was polite with good sense of humour and helpful.
