The pleasant staff immediately welcomed us in the store but put us under no pressure, he (Colin) asked what we were looking for and showed us some examples, he listened to my wife's needs as she has recently had back surgery and as such showed us suitable mattresses, the order process was quick and simple and a delivery date was arranged to suit me
