The assistant had fantastic knowledge of historic Drams products and was able to identify the modern equivalent, resulting in us being able to identify and buy our product within 30 minutes

We have purchased a few items from Dreams at the Waterlooville Branch and each time staff have been really helpful to us and helped with the orders. Nothing is too much trouble for them since we are both deaf customers.

I was more than happy with the salesperson who dealt with my order, he was efficient and helpful, full of knowledge about the product I was purchasing. I was also satisfied with the delivery dates. overall I can say complete satisfaction.

I Asked for a specific type and feel to the mattress I wanted and after trying a few I was lost but when telling Matt the sales guy what I was after he showed me straight away what I was after amazing that he could do this considering we all have different tastes

The assistant was helpful and friendly without being gushing and knew his products.

I called into the store to look at headboards. Sales staff were friendly and very helpful. I bought a good quality headboard for a very fare price.

Our sales person was very understanding and we didnt feel as if he was trying to push us into buying the most expensive item, he was more concerned about making sure we got the most comfortable matress.

I had been on line the night so I had an idea of what i was looking for. When I entered the store the I felt it was friendly and welcoming. The assistant came over and offered his help, he then helped me to choose the right bed for me.
