I was highly satisfied with the whole experience, from entering the store to finding the bed that was best for me and the service that advisor provided. Once I agreed on the bed I wanted the advisor then offered me a coffee whilst we went through the options of payment, again he was very thorough and understanding and patient. We then placed the order and arranged for a delivery. Derek then advised me on the after care and my 40 night guarantee and I know if I have an issues I can call back into the store anytime.

They were very welcoming when we entered the store and ever so nice with the whole visit we had in there store compared to the other stores we had visited that day Thank You to Matt and his other co workers :)

A very warm welcome when we walked into the store and we were even offered a cup of tea by the assistant. Knowledgeable staff, that understood our needs and helped us to find everything we were looking for. All in all, we received a very good service.

Colin, the sales person, wss patient, helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Colin explained the different mattresses and took time to talk to us about what we liked in a mattress. He then led us to 4 specific mattresses to compare them for firmness and comfort. The shop was empty so we had his undivided attention while making our choice and did not feel hurried or pressured in any way.
