Extremely informative staff and v friendly. Martin gave me all the information I needed to choose the most suitable bed for me.

Both Martin Shaw (Manager) who took our order and Martin Fouracre who first helped us choose prospective products and advised were extremely helpful. Martin Fouracre did not pressure us to buy but gave us all the information we needed to think about. When I phoned the next day with a question about measurements and need to make a change to the potential order, he was very helpful and phoned me back within minutes with the answer to our question. It felt nothing was too much problem and we were thanked for our custom when placing the order a few days later.

We really didn't know what we wanted to buy when we walked into the shop apart from knowing that we needed to replace our old mattress. We were approached by Martin who was really friendly and helpful; he explained the products available and what the product features were and the 8 year guarantee, he showed us a range of three products based on questions he had asked us about what we needed which was essentially a new mattress. We tried out the mattresses and asked him relevant questions, he gave us plenty of information about each product and was keen for us to buy the right one for us and not just the most expensive. He talked us through the price package for us to make a quick decision which we were happy with and did not feel we had to go to a competitor to shop around for a better deal, he wasn't a pushy salesman and let us take our time. We were impressed that the delivery options were within a week so we are now eagerly awaiting our new mattress. The whole experience was quick, simple and easy. We perhaps spent more than we thought but are happy with the quality.

Derek who looked after me listened not pushy went through the product price & availability he was thorough, easy to talk with & did exactly what it said on the tin. Great service Derek job well done. Its a shame not all your stores deliver this service like Derek does.
