our salesman matthew was not in the slightest pushy ( like another bed store we had visited the same day ) he was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions we asked with ease, overall a friendly man who was easy to chat to and deal with . it was a pleasure to buy our new superking bed from him and we will be back again.

Originally the object was just to have a look at a new mattress on this particular day, however we liked what we saw and the price was a great deal lower than I had previously seen. This enabled me to get the divan support as well, that was unexpected and to be able to have the old mattress & divan taken away was a bonus in itself. Indeed the whole experience was a good one that I put down to Matthew the sales person a very likable person. and yes I shall probably visit the store again

I explained in general terms what I thought I wanted in a new mattress and an approximate price. After being invited to try a few items I was helped to decide. It was pointed out to me that if I was not satisfied with my choice of mattress I had the option to change it within 40 nights. An attractive condition of purchase.

Being in need of an electric rise and fall bed Colin the sales assistant had a rise and fall bed and had used one for a number of years so his expetertes was invaluable

Higly satisfied with the service available. Friendly, knowledgeable not pushy staff. Only negative comment is that there was not an option for a delivery am or pm time, especially as we paid for delivery.

Made two visits before purchase and were given time to try out beds without hassle. However, colleagues Derek and Colin were available, friendly and very knowledgeable when required. Overall a very pleasant experience.
