Colin, the colleague who served me at the Waterloo store is an ambassador for Dreams. Attentive but not intrusive and clearly very knowledgable. He clearly explained every part of the order and delivery and made me feel my custom was sincerely appreciated. I also liked the large screen web page available in store; as my original browsing was on-line it helped me explain what I was looking for. Looking forward to a smooth delivery on 21st.

I was highly satisfied because the service I received was quick, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I knew what I was after, the man (Derek) showed me straight away what was available, after looking on the system at what I had ordered 3 years ago. There was no phaffing around in, ordered, out, job done!

We visited the Waterlooville branch and were given assistance by Shaun; he had just the right balance of advising without doing the 'hard sell' which is difficult to find these days. It was clear he wanted us to find what was right for us, not about 'closing the sale'

We were assisted at all times by Colin Lovell, a very friendly and informative man. His knowledge and patience was outstanding. It was a pleasure dealing with a very experienced mature man. Thank you

Very good customer ervice from Matt at the waterlooville branch, he was exceptional as was his colleague.

Salesman was very helpful & cheerful he explained everything in detail,in all it only took me about 15-20 minutes to complete my purchase.

Service was good and sales assistant was excellent. Great product knowledge and well presented. If I had to find any negatives they would be that store was too small to see all products so limited supply of adjustable beds (2). Also better choice of base materials would be good to match home decor. Maybe an opportunity going forward? Offer people the devan bases in a wide choice of materials. As the beds are Orders and there is a lead time, surely this must be a possibility?
