lt's been 14 years since l purchased a new bed, Martin Foracre of your Waterlooville branch couldn't have been anymore helpful. Knowledgeable, attention to detail and a very smooth transaction.

Given a very wide range of experience in all matters and enabled us to find exactly what we need.

Your staff were extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgable about all aspects of beds. He was straight to the point which was refreshing.

Product knowledge and customer service was excellent.

(martin) was very helpful indeed! from listening to what i was after what i needed and what was best for me! recommending a cotton mattress protector to keep cool explaining why this mattress was better than that and how it was cheaper, asking me if i would be OK looking around for a bit, even showing me the difference between the solid and sprung slats. when i said I'd have to go measure up the room for the bed to see if i would be ok with a king size bed he didn't try to pressure me into a quick buy/sale. a very good knowledgeable and polite salesman he is!!!

We were highly satisfied with the help from Shaun, he spent lots of time trying to find out exactly what we were looking for, giving thorough explanations of all the different types of mattresses', he even looked up a previous order we had made in the same store 7 years previously, to see what type the mattress was, as we were looking for one of similar quality and comfort. We were made a cup of tea while we were browsing and at no time were we pressured into making a decision. Can't wait to receive our new bed, if its as good as the last one we bought, we're in for many nights of sweet dreams :)

We were given excellent advice and help with our purchase, and although the shop was busy all the staff worked well together as a team. The staff were knowledgeable and extremely helpful , were able to answer all our questions and dealt with us politely and gave good customer service

Size of store was not overwhelming, staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Did not take too long. Had the products I wanted and I was able to feel like a tried enough to be sure, with staff help.
