We met with Colin on our first visit to the store. Unfortunately, we weren’t quite ready to purchase our mattress, pillows and mattress protector but Colin kindly gave us his details and told us to call anytime. We called about 2 weeks later to run through a quote and again, Colin was extremely helpful and gave us all of the information we needed. On our second visit we decided exactly what we wanted but we just needed to wait for our mortgage offer to come through. Colin did explain to us that we could put a deposit down and that it would be refundable if the house sale fell through but we felt more comfortable waiting until we had the mortgage offer in our hands. We then visited Colin for a third time! He was even more helpful the third time around and was just delightful to do the transaction with (even if we were spending £2000!!!) haha. Thanks for all of your help Colin.
