The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Shaun, the gentleman who served us was extremely knowledgeable about the products and also showed us the items the store had on special offer & clearance. Refreshments were also offered. Extremely satisfied on this visit.

I found the staff in Waterlooville very friendly , acknowledged me as I walked in, then allowed me time to browse which was great. Offered refreshment, then came over and inquired about my needs. Very knowledgeable, gave me more time to to make my choices. I ended up spending more but was very satisfied with my purchase. I also work in retail so I can honestly say they were first class. Well done Waterlooville!!! My sales advisor was Derek.

The assistant was courteous and helpful without being pushy. It was an efficient and easy shopping expedition.

My husband and I visited the store 2 days before we purchased but could not agree on which bed to purchase. With the help of Shaun we went home with all the information we needed and where to look on line which enabled us to chose at leisure.

I was highly satisfied with the experience at Waterlooville Dreams because the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure to buy and we were given time and space to consider the different options. I returned a couple of hours after trying out the beds and the store manager remembered me, my needs and which bed it was that I had been interested in. The purchase transaction was swift. Overall, a stress free experience.
