We purchased our bed at this store last December and were so happy with the service we didn't hesitate in going back to purchase the headboard, the service was equally as good even though we were only spending a tenth of that amount this time. We were so impressed we told our son who then went on to purchase 3 beds from Dreams

I was highly satisfied because I needed to go back to get some screws for one of the beds and Mat found some immediately

Immediately spoken to be an assistant who listened to what we wanted, gave us space to talk and make a decision, knew what he was talking about and was really helpful. We wanted to change our order after we'd placed it and this was done without fuss.

quick un pushy service, help when I needed answers to questions. had dealings with two staff members on two different days. Mathew and Colin both very pleasant and helpful and friendly.

We were served by Martin, an absolute credit to your company - extremely patient and courteous - apologised for the refurb that was just coming to an end and offered us tea/coffee more than once. I had previously checked out your web page and current offers so had a fairly good idea what we were after - Martin, went the extra mile and explained everything clear and concise, nothing was too much trouble - we were able to choose a delivery date that fitted in with us, and pleased to know that our old bed would also be disposed of - came away with our pillows and mattress protector there and then, plus the green bag for the old mattress - well done on your good offers, although a lot of money was spent, I felt it was a good investment - thank you

We went to dreams not really knowing what we were looking for or how much a decent bed would cost. Everything was explained and the right questions asked to ascertain our needs. we were given a starting point and then encouraged to try out the beds. we were left alone to do this and did never felt over shadowed or pressurised into making a decision. We decided that we needed time to think about this big purchase and this did not appear to be a problem, almost encouraged. After visiting other local bed suppliers we returned to dreams for two reasons - the competitive price and the knowledge about beds and what would be more suitable. We made our purchase and everything was explained again over a cup of tea! Again there was no pressure and we were made to feel welcome and valued as individual customers.
