Dreams - Waterlooville

Colin was very attentive and although acting as a salesperson we did not feel that we were being sold to. He listened to our requirements and acted accordingly. Whilst I am sure that we have bought the right bedstead and mattress to meet our requirements there did seem to be a priority to sell us the show mattress (almost desperate) I think that we did get reasonable value for money but the discount applied (substantial on the order form) only reflected what every body else is doing for the same product - maybe the retail pricing needs to be looked at as realistic!

The salesman was very friendly made me feel comfortable did not pressurise me into any sleep answered my uestions

Me and my partner entered the store looking for a good bed and a medium range mattress as we did not want to spend to much and after 5 minutes of browsing we were approached by colin a salesmen and within 10 minutes of him giving good suggestion we chose our mattress and bed there and then with ease. Was an easy and enjoyable shop and definitely would buy again as this was first time in dreams

The whole experience of shopping at Dreams in Waterlooville was great - from walking into the spacious store and immediately being able to see what we were looking for, to the very helpful and knowledgeable staff member named Derek who gave us all the information and help that we needed.

Colin was more than helpful, he showed us several beds and measured them for us as we have restricted space in which to place our bed.

Very friendly, offered hot drinks, offered my poorly husband a chair. Understood our needs and assisted us to make the right purchase. Very considerate and would highly recommend. We were assisted by Shaun. Thank you.
