because as soon as we walked in, we saw what we wanted straight away. and we had a good look at the headboard and we were impressed with what we saw.

My husband and i visited another bed store before coming to Dreams. The assistant basically told us we needed his input and telling us to try the mattress and dont browse basically. Your chap did approach us which is what happens when coming into the store, stood back to let us browse but then explained about the colour coded linen (good idea and very useful) so this cut down on us looking at mattress' not suitable. His whole manner was pleasent. It didnt stop him assisting us even though i said i cant buy until friday (we visited thurs). It was so good that i put a deposit down and am looking forward to sleeping on a bed that is just right!!

I am very satisfied with the service that I received at Dreams. I was given all the relevant info I needed to make a decision regarding the best option for my requirements. However, at no time did I feel under pressure to buy in fact I returned the following week to make my purchase. Thank you for excellent customer service Martin.

The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, a very good atmosphere in the store with just the product we wanted.

we were welcomed into the store and provided assistance with what we were looking for. We werent pressured but given all the available options to us. We were given advise on beds/mattresses and all items suggested were related to our needs with nothing being to much trouble. We were in past the store closing time however the adviser still took his time not making time an issue. The adviser was very helpfull and friendly making us feel very welcome. He was a good ambassador for your company.
