needs and problems fully met with friendly staff

Upon entering the store we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. I asked where we could find bed frames and the store manager handed me a Dreams catalog and pointed us up stairs. Once up stairs we had a nice selection of Bed Frames to choose from. We picked a frame and ordered it. I found the process easy and I understood everything that was explained with the interest free repayments. This was thanks to the store manager who explained everything clearly and factually. We were offered a drink too which i thought was nice.

Martin took the time to find on -line the bed I had set my heart on,we were offered coffee within 5 minutes of entering the shop and seats once we had been shown what the material on the bed I had ordered would look like .He took time to show us and discuss the type of mattress and all the staff were very friendly.When sale was complete,Martin even carried the bedding to the car for me!

we found the product we wanted at a price available for quick delivery and at a price we thought was reasonable.Derek was knowledgeableand pleasant with good advice but no pressure

Our whole experience was very good. The assistant was attentive and knowledgeable providing excellent help and advice.

The sales assistant - Martin was extremely helpful. Had he not assisted me I probably wouldn't have made a purchase because I was unsure of what type of mattress I wanted to go with our new bed. He wasn't at all pushy & it was obvious that his knowledge was second to none - he made myself & my son feel very special, which is very unusual these days!

The staff were not overbearing, but were attentive and gave advice as needed.

Speed of service. Pleased with being able to try the mattresses, and pillows etc
