all the staff were attentive during both my visits to the store. Colin was very helpful explaining the differences of various mattress, and explaining the help I could now request via my doctor for help with VAT. Colin was very helpful and knowledgeable in which types of mattress would best suit our needs and he explained all the available extras, of which we took advantage of. There were a couple of customers waiting to be served before us but Colin explained this and regularly checked on us which made my husband and i feel like valued customers and we were happy to wait. When it came to ordering, the procedure was quick and painless and even though the order, for no apparent reason, wouldn't be delivered for 4/5 weeks Colin rectified this problem by 10:30am the next day! It really was a pleasure to be served by someone with a can do attitude and excellent customer service skills as it's rarely seen nowadays. Even though we live in Chichester and Havant is our closest store we will return to Waterlooville in the future because of Colin and his colleagues.

The person who served me was called Colin he was knowledgeable polite friendly. Explained everything & most importantly not pushy like in some stores. I felt I had time to browse & consider my option's. He then retuned a few mins later to ask if I was satisfied or had any further questions. I was delighted with the friendly service & would certainly return again. I must add that I would seek out the same helpful member of staff I had on Saturday & will definatlely be recommending him and your store to my friends & family

I was highly satisfied with my experience in the Waterlooville Dreams because at no point were we rushed in making a decision. Everything was clearly explained to us, i.e. the comfort system, the different type of mattresses and frames as well as the different option Divans there were available. The finance options available were suitable for us and all colleagues at the store were friendly and professional. It's nice to feel like you are a person and not just a sales number.

Having purchased items of bedding on previous visits felt the assistance given, would help me on this latest visit which it did in spades

The seller assistant Derek was very clear and straight to the point which enabled us to quickly find what we were after + Derek was not at all pushy, he gave us the time and space to decide once he had given us all useful information

Very welcoming staff.. Martin at your waterlooville store was brilliant.. The other store staff or manager offered me a cup of tea and I thought that was kind... Small gestures like that are lovely and thoughtful....
