Staff were warm, friendly, engaging (even offered me a cuppa - and I was only buying some bedding!). Nothing was too much trouble for them even though I was only spending a small amount. I will tell all my friends and family that Dreams in Waterlooville is the place to go if they value good service!

Good product information from the Colleague, easy colour coding for ease of finding the right bed, Derek was pleasant and "non-invasive": he let us get on with our decision after he had given us all the info we needed.

Colin was extremely helpful and made looking for a new bed an easy experience he was helpful, pleasant and had a lovely sense of humour and his knowledge of the products was second to none. We would certainly recommend dreams to all our friends as the whole purchasing experience was so easy.

My wife has just been diagnosed with having osteo arthritis and we needed a firmer mattress (we purchased a medium one from you 4 years ago), we obtained what we wanted.

From start to finish Martin your salesman was a complete help he was freindly , funny and really knew his products. We were made to feel welcome and offered tea and coffee . We will defernatly shop again at the Waterlooville branch as we have before.

I was offered the opportunity to browse, or have assistance when I entered, without feeling any pressure either way. The member of staff who assisted me was knowledgable about the products, and understood my needs, and that I had a fairly clear set of requirements, so didn't try and hard sell the upsells, and accepted my choice about not taking out the warranty without becoming aggressive with the sales pitch, which has put me off salesmen in the past. Basically, the sales assistant seemed nice - he seemed more interested in getting us what was right for us, than chasing his commission.
