The salesperson was friendly, knowledgable and eager to help. He answered all my questions and helped me with my choice of bed.

We were very pleased to receive such a warm and helpful service, without any pushy sales pitches. Both Colin and Shaun who assisted us with our purchase were knowledgable, polite and helpful. Having gone away to think about our purchase and review options online, on returning to the store later the same day we were delighted that they were able to price match meaning we received both the best price and the best service overall. In addition, we were amazed at how quickly we could take delivery of our new mattress, we had expected to have to wait at least an extra couple of weeks based on what other retailers had advised. To have it delivered within a week, with no additional charge for a weekend delivery was great.

The guy was friendly, helpful and never kept on at as we walked through the door he left us for 10 mins to look round and then asked if we were ok is what I like not feel pressure to buy a bed .

Shaun the assistant was extremely helpful, offering advice rather than trying a "hard sell" attitude. very refreshing to see. he was the reason that we bought the product that we did.

Efficient

Colin welcomed us asked what we were specifically looking for. Indicated the products. Invited my husband and I to test the mattresses; and try with different pillows. Gave very sound advice on the various headboards. Found a product the colour we wanted in an alternative model so that we could visualise the bed we wanted, as that colour was not in stock. Gave clear information on the various ways we could purchase the bed. Explained the benefits of the one off product 10 year guarantee. There was also a friendly atmosphere with his colleague Martin. He offered us drinks and assisted Colin with the administrative work which speeded up the process. Also invited us to phone back if we had any concerns ref deliver times.

We visited a portsmouth dreams store earlier in the morning where the staff were less than helpful and seemed more focused on chatting about their personal plans and making tea for themselves. I saw a product I liked so my husband and I headed to the Waterlooville dreams store where martin and the whole team were more than happy to assist us in our purchase. They had excellent knowledge in finding us the right product for us and everything including options was clearly explained. The staff at waterlooville are a credit to your team.
