Assistance was on hand but there was no hard sell. We then made a purchase and we're satisfied with delivery date and arrangements. We trust that the product (a new bed) will be equally satisfactory. Staff extremely helpful.

we told the assistant what bed and mattress we had and that we wasn't really getting a good nights sleep especially myself as I suffer with back problems after a long chat and trying different mattress we decided on a pocket sprang mattress with a memory foam topping we even treated ourselves to 2 tempur pillows after the assistants advice

Dreams had just the bed and mattress we wanted, but we were most impressed with the truly helpful approach of the salesperson, Martin.

Martin was a lovely guy to deal with and helped us buy what we wanted quickly and with ease. It is great that the beds get delivered within the week. This was vital for us and Martin helped us with that

We were well treated, the assistant was very helpful and we got everything we wanted all from the one visit

Nothing was too much trouble, Shaun helped us to understand the product we were considering purchasing and helped us to come to the conclusion of actually buying the product, also, knowing that if the mattress we were buying did not meet our expectations we could change it within 40 days.

We were greeted as we entered the store and Martin who served us was extremely helpful in showing us where to locate the style of bed we were looking for. He also explained the comfort levels of the mattresses and obtained a pillow for my son to use to try out the different beds. He was helpful and courteous without being pushy.
