When entering the store the staff were very polite, did not hassle me but assisted me with my inquiry's when asked.

Everything was explained to us in detail concerning the matresses we were looking at and the assistant was very helpful

Martin that we spoke to had a excellent knowledge of all products, understood our needs and never try to push for a sale. Martin was extremely friendly and wanted to get to know us so that he could understood our needs. Really enjoyed our visit and would most definitely go back.

The sales assistant was very helpful also the knowledge of the product we were purchasing was explained in depth

The staff in store went above and beyond our expectations with regards to our purchase. They were friendly and explained everything clearly.

We first came in to examine products and find out prices. We explained that we did not wish to buy until we had finished refurbishing our bedroom.Nevertheless we had full attention, our questions answered and a quote issued. The service was so friendly and good that we did not hesitate to return to place order 3 months later.

I was satisfied with most things during are visit and can't really justify asking for an improvement, when everything was fine.
