I was going to order a mattress and was quite clear in my mind as to my requirements. I was replacing one that I had bought 2 years ago in a different branch of Dreams so knew what I needed. The salesman took me straight to suitable examples so that I could quickly choose. I was, perhaps, a little dissatisfied by the price but recognised that I would have to pay to get what I wanted.
