As previously stated I rarely give top marks in any critique. Be assured that my visit to the Waterlooville store culminating with a purchase was satisfactory and Shaun who attended me was very helpful. (otherwise I wouldn't have bought the mattress.

I was told it would be free delivery then saw once got home I was charged £9.95 I’m guessing this is due to being a Saturday would have just been nice to be told.

We had no problems with either the assistant or the store, and hope the bed when it arrives proves to be as good quality as the showroom model. Thank you
