because i think everyone can always do better. it's good to try to improve yourself

We were happy with pretty much everything. But when we got,home we realised that we were not given a delivery date or estimated delivery date, which has left us wondering when is our new bed going to turn up!

The number of matresses available for testing (sitting, lying, bouncing etc.) were limited to a select handful and didn't cover the full scope available to order.

An experience can always be better, even if there was nothing particularly unpleasant with the experience we had. We would have probably bought sheets and pillow cases while we were there, but neither were stocked.

No having brought a bed for a long time,was taken back at how much they were.Hope we get a good night sleep on the bed when it arraves it should be better then what we have now

Although the service I received was good it would need to be outstanding to receive Highly Satisfied. To be outstanding I would need an assistant to approach me immediately, with a really welcoming smile, to ask if I required assistance whereas the assistant didn't ask if I needed help until I had wondered about a bit. The assistant was ok but slightly slow with the computer processing side of the order, which was fine but to be outstanding I would need someone to process it really quickly.

i feel it was very over priced Very disappointed and wish I had done more research

Because I rarely give full marks to anything. But the member of Staff who dealt with me was knowledgeable, patient and helpful

Range of beds in store we found to be very “samey” not a large range of colours or different materials available. Pricing we found to be quite expensive compared to other brands of stores. That being said the quality is very good. The staff member who assisted us was very helpful and gave very good advice concerning choice of mattress. Did not push the sale and was informative. Obviously knew the products he was selling.
