The experience was just fine, I just don’t like spending a lot of money.

The store felt a little run down so wasn't the nicest experience to visit, but the sales assistant Matt helped make up for it by helping us find what we wanted.

The printer was not broken so could not get the receipt for our outchasee

Through no fault of the staff members, we were quoted a 6 week wait for the product then informed that there could be system issues that causes delivery dates to be inaccurate at weekends. We were phoned the next day and informed that we actually only have a 2 week wait which we are happy with. We want to highlight that the system issue could have caused us to not buy the product. This is no reflection on the staff.

We were not approached as soon as we entered the store. We had to go to the desk to ask for assistance.

As stated I was satisfied and not dis-satisfied, my one comment is that although the advisor was competent and obviously had knowledge of the products. I was not highly satisfied with his manor, I felt it was a little condescending. Bit communication is a two way process, so I might also be at fault.

We just feel the prices of mattress are ridiculous. But as we needed a new one and wanted a good quality one you have to pay a high price.

Haven't received my order yet, so I believe this survey should have been sent after delivery considering the satisfaction of the order is part of the survey.

Very prompt helpful service and delivery within the week

To be highly satisfied i would need to be carried from bed to bed. Have a foot massage and endless drinks and food while being fanned by beautiful women. I was happy with the service that was providing and the information provided by the staff. This left me feeling satisfied with my purchase.
