When entering the store Colin was of great help and had fantastic knowlage of your products. He offerd myself and my brother bottled water and had a depth of knowlage on all mattresses I tried after having my print out off your sleep machine. After Colin finding me the perfect mattress and of great value for money the time spent at his desk taking payment was most welcoming. As being dyslexic myself and finding things hard to understand and to consume information Colin talked me through every step and was brilliant!!! I was highly highly satisfied with my visit to your waterloovile store and walked in having no idea on what mattress to buy for my first house and walked out with the perfect one and the peice of mind that if it was not right I have time to swap it for something els and having product garentee. A1 100% 5* service from Colin !!!
