We popped into Dreams in Waterlooville while on the way to see relatives. We were only going n for a look as we had briefly chatted about getting a new bed some time ago. The reason we popped into Dreams was it was next to Halfords, which we had gone into to get some bike parts. When we walked in Shaun greeted us and started a general chat. He explained how the store is set out and asked questions about what we were looking for. He said we could try the bed that works out what type of mattress is best for you. We did and he set it up. Once complete he got us to try 2 mattresses and asked us which one we preferred and then explained where we could find that type in store. He was NOT pushy, or over the top at all, he left us to have a look round and after a while checked up on us. Shaun again started a conversation about the mattress we were on and showed us similar ones in different price ranges. Again, he was not pushy at all. We asked for a print out of our choices which Shaun gave us and said we could order over the phone if we wanted to.
