Derek was so good at helping us with buying the bed and accesories. Explained the articles to us and showing us alternatives and values. Took my age in consideration for the comfort of same. He was so friendly and knew the qualities of each matress , .bed frame and matching divan, he let me try beds and gave me plenty of time to make up my mind which one I wanted. His college was just as friendly. I never felt that I was being pucshed to buy and let me take my time making up my mind.
