Dreams - Waterlooville

On entering the store we were greeted with a cheery good morning and the offer of help, which we declined. The salesman Shaun approached a little while after, (which suited us because we like to familiarize ourselves with what's on offer before somebody speaks to us). We were then offered a coffee, which we declined but it was nice to have the offer. From that point on the process went very smoothly and we made our purchase.

Store was clean and tidy. Sanitizers available at entrance of the store. Assistant came to our aide immediately. Lots of help and advise from the assistant who was also very knowledgeable on products in store.

The colleague who helped us was friendly, welcoming and very helpful and not at all pushy, put us very at ease - had we had a pushy salesman type we very likely would not have made a purchase today.
