Jaz the assistant was friendly (not pushy like some stores), helpful and didn’t rush me. She demonstrated the bed with confidence (purchased an adjustable bed) and answered all my questions. Allowed me the time to make my decision, shopping for a big item was a positive experience, my last Dreams purchase was done on line.

The staff were knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. There had been a flood in the store a few days before my visit and the staff had obviously had to alter things so were able to help as to what had moved and why some things (that we weren't interested in) weren't available.

As soon as we walked into your Waterlooville branch we were greeted by Colin, who was extremely welcoming and friendly, he introduced himself and gave us an idea of what we were looking for as it was the first time me and my partner had brought a new bed together, he was extremely professional and wasn’t pushy, giving us space on our own to look around, once we had an idea of a budget he helped us greatly with deciding what would be best for us, he was very clear throughout the payment process and we left very satisfied.

Staff were excellent, especially Del, who is very patient
