Returned next day and ordered and went though options for pillows and came away with a bed order and two lovely tempur pillows . He let us try different ones on the mattress we had chosen . Would definitely recommend him and dreams to anyone .

Colin was extremely helpful and knew the products available. He used the technical equipment to ensure the correct products were offered to me to ensure my complete satisfaction with the products I purchased and explained each part of my purchase.

We had a fantastic shopping experience in the Waterlooville branch today. We were warmly greeted by Colin as soon as we entered the shop. We were given time to browse before he approached us to see if he could help. He showed us the bed we came to look at and gave us time and space to talk it over. He had fantastic product knowledge and helped us find the perfect mattress. There COVID-19 measures were fantastic, we felt very safe and protected at all times whilst shopping We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend Dreams Waterlooville to anyone we know looking to buy a new bed.
